Outdoor Pizza Oven built with Bricks and domed shape

 

Middlebury Studio School will be participating in this year’s Midd Night Stroll on Thursdays Dec 5 and 12.

 

Studio artists and potters will be displaying original work for sale at the National Bank of Middlebury Venue from 5-8pm. Pop in, meet the artists and find a special gift!

 We hope to see you there!

Grand Opening

63 Maple Street #8A in the Marble Works

 

Our second location in the Marble Works is open November 1!
This new vibrant space will now host all of our non-clay art classes and summer art camps!

Building Kiln Shed

A Raku Kiln and Shed are here!

The Raku Shed is built and the raku kiln is here. This is all made possible with kind and generous donations by a group of enthusiastic potters and board members.

Partial Scholarship Funds Now Available:

The Middlebury Studio School is committed to encouraging participation in our classes. A newly created scholarship fund is available on a limited basis to help those in need. 

Scholarships are for partial tuition reduction (up to 50%) on a class or workshop. Our funds are available on a first come/first serve basis as long as they last. A student may request assistance once every trimester. A parent can request scholarships for more than one child. The application form is confidential. MSS may wish to use these forms anonymously for scholarship fundraising so please help us by answering questions about your need and interest in taking art classes. For more info, contact info@middleburystudioschool.org.

Thank you to Walter Cerf Foundation for extending our multi-year grant for one more year to help MSS community art classes emerge successfully from this difficult time for all and to continue low cost art classes for clients of local non-profits.
