CLAY OPEN STUDIO AT 2377 ROUTE 7 SOUTH

MSS offers open studio hour at the Clay Studio for students currently enrolled in an Adult clay class or independent study. Check below for our current schedule. The calendar will be updated with any changes to open studio hours due to holidays, weather or workshops.

THERE WILL BE NO STUDIO HOURS FROM FRIDAY, MAY 15 THROUGH SUNDAY, MAY 17, 4PM 

Please note that open studio hours will be unavailable due to a scheduled Raku Weekend Workshop with Bob Green.

HIGH-FIRE GAS KILN FIRING SCHEDULE

Check here or the calendar below to see when we will next load and unload the gas kiln.
Monday – Load Kiln: 4.27.26; Wednesday- Firing Day: 4.29.26;
Saturday – Unload Kiln*: 5.02.26

*Please note: unloading times can vary – pickup starts at 11am to allow time for unloading.

CLAY CLUB SCHEDULE

This is a clay community gathering and sharing session that we have committed to holding every month (or every five weeks, depending on the schedule). Free

Our next meeting is scheduled for April 25 from 10-12PM. Bringing food or snacks is optional.

The “homework” for this upcoming meeting is to make a clay whistle to bring-we’ll showcase our work while offering thoughtful observations about the process.
